X-PM’s Competitive Edge
The retail sector has been undergoing sweeping changes of late, with the rise in multi-channel distribution and changes in consumer habits (including online shopping), employee involvement and product life-spans obliging players to revise existing business models and support systems.
Globalisation has brought both opportunities and constraints, requiring perfectly-honed, global strategies that can be implemented at all levels of the company (network management, marketing, merchandising information systems, supply chain management, product ranges, etc.). X-PM’s Partners and Transition Managers can assist clients in implementing such strategies throughout the world.
