His wide-ranging experience in France and abroad led him to manage diverse situations, including turnarounds, expansions and closures.

Jean-Louis Raynard has managed B2C networks comprising more than 300 points of sale and ranging from 50m² to 10,000m², both as part of integrated groups and under franchise.

He has brought together a range of experts in finance, supply chain management, purchasing and marketing to analyse changes in the sector and identify fields in which X-PM can provide managerial support.
